Different nationalities are using their traditions when preparing coffee. Today we introduce you to the most popular national cooking traditions invigorating drink.
Turkish coffee. For the preparation of Turkish coffee choose from the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon of ground coffee, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 Cup
water and some salt. In special dishes cezve must pour ground coffee, sugar and a little salt. All mix thoroughly, pour cold water, stir again and put on a slow fire. Ideally be used instead of fire the hot sand. When you see a thick rapidly rising foam, remove the dish from the fire. The coffee is put a piece of ice and insist 2 minutes. According to Turkish traditions coffee tea remove foam with a spoon, then poured into cups and decorate the top removed in advance foam.
Irish coffee. Pripsen 100 ml of black coffee, 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and 2-3 teaspoons of vodka. Mix all ingredients to taste, add cream or sour cream.
Coffee Polish. Pripsen 1 teaspoon of ground coffee and 100 ml of water. Unlike most other Polish coffee is not brewed. It is poured into a preheated Cup, then pour boiling water and mix thoroughly. After the appearance of the foam Cup with a drink served saucer, allowing to steep for 5-7 minutes.
Italian coffee. Pripsen 1 teaspoon of ground coffee and 100 ml of milk. Ground coffee pour the milk and bring to a boil, but do not allow boiling. Here is a very subtle point that you want to capture. In the finished coffee, you can add sugar and spices to taste.
Russian-style coffee. Take 2 teaspoons of ground coffee, 200 ml of water and 2-3 teaspoons of sugar. Water bring to a boil and add sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, pour the ground coffee. Bring to the boil, but not boil. Allow to infuse for about 7-8 minutes. The taste you can add milk or cream.
Coffee kiniski. Take 1 tablespoon of ground coffee, 100 ml of water, spicy Cayenne pepper on the tip of the knife, sugar and spices to taste. Coffee with sugar fill with water, add seasoning as desired and to taste. It could be anise, allspice and cardamom. Cayenne pepper added to mandatory, strictly respecting the dosage. Brew the beverage in Turka traditional method. When the foam rises, remove from heat, stir and bring again to a boil. Again remove, stir and bring to a boil a third time.
